We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!

All Pretty Girls Addiction Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Pretty Girl's Addiction hair seal on the bundle has been broken!

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Pretty Girls Addiction security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs.

Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Pretty Girls Addiction hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

Your Hair can get tangled due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/straighter or tongs even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darker the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the bundles as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye products and test a small sample first.

You can wash them as you can use your own shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your hairs often, about every 3 weeks. The hair bundles can be blow-dried on cold setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair bundles air-dry after washing them.
